Promotional Initiative Terms and Conditions

“CLICK DAY – COFFEE MACHINE FOR €1”

Please read carefully. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Nature of the Initiative

This initiative has an exclusively commercial and promotional nature and consists of the application of a conditional commercial discount, determined solely by a time-based priority access criterion.

This initiative does not constitute a prize competition, prize operation, lottery, or any form of random or chance-based promotion.

2. Subject of the Initiative

The initiative allows one user per month to purchase one coffee machine at the symbolic price of Euro 1.00 through a commercial discount of 99.79%, applied exclusively to the first order.

3. Participation Requirements

Users must register on the website when the click day is open, provide complete and truthful information, and receive a unique, non-transferable code.

4. Click Day Activation

The Click Day is activated once per month without prior notice. Emails may be sent at any time. Failure to receive or read the email does not create any right or claim.

5. Access to the Discount

The discount is granted exclusively to the first user who correctly enters the unique code, as recorded by the website system.

6. Economic and Tax Conditions

A minimum order of €500 is required. The discount is applied as a commercial discount on the invoice. VAT is calculated on the amount paid.

7. Product Availability

The coffee machine is subject to availability. An equivalent product may be supplied if unavailable.

8. Forfeiture

Failure to comply with these terms results in automatic forfeiture of the discount.

9. Limitation of Liability

The organizer is not responsible for technical or connectivity issues.

10. Amendments

The organizer may modify or terminate the initiative at any time.

11. Acceptance

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.
